A. H. Bald, 94 West Nile St., 1863 - 1867

Bald is only recorded at the Buchanan street address for the one year 1867, which, allowing for the errors of omission and commission common in the directories, puts both of these cdvs probably within one year of this date. The pre-Raphaelite young lady is the earlier of the two, on a card which is significantly smaller and thinner than the other. The father and son cdv has a logo on the back which was used by a number of photographers - MacNab and Robertson among others. The subjects in this one seem to have had a neck brace in position, the feet of which are just visible.
