Barclay Brothers, 59 Bath St., 1899 - 1901

Though there are variations in the dates from various sources, it is likely that this dignified portrait comes from within a year of 1900. The lettering and graphics at the bottom are embossed in gold, with a central part of the crest in red. The card itself was supplied by ' Bernh Wachtl, Vienna'. It is quite unusual to have a gilt and bevelled edge as late as this.
